I cannot even explain how beautiful the fall is! It is like someone is painting the trees, it is like christmas, when the put all those lights on the trees, and the tree is a different color, but it is during the day, here are some photos, I don't think they do any justice, it makes me want to buy a real camera, not a little digital pocket one! AMAZING! The mountains are red, orange, yellow, some green from the pines, but all the rest is hardwoods, like those maples in the fall that go deep deep red, like a burning bush, but huge trees!

WOW

This guy in our class did this Loon, I can't even tell you how amazing it is, wow! He put every single line of detail in one at a time, over 24 hours he said just on the detail lines that is not event he painting or getting the block of wood that he started with to resemble a Duck!!!! I am trying to take patients lessons from people like this... maybe someday :) Oh that block of wood behind the duck is how it started!!!!

Stuff

Here are the finished pair of fruit :) Kinda fun eh? ( I am close enough to canada I figure I can use that now. lol) I just wanted to post some fun pictures.

Wood Working

Myles and I went to the fair a few weeks ago... We found a little man who did amazing things with wood. Come to find out that he teaches classes every week for $5, ya crazy eh!! so we have been going for the past three weeks, it has been such a blast. Myles is obviously better at it than me, but we both enjoy it so much!! it gives us something to do at night, without our TV hooked up it has been nice to find other things to do. The big hunk of wood is going to be a serving tray.... The pear is myles' and mine is the apple. :)
